The location was fine. Nothing special to report.

the single-pane windows did nothing to block out the noise from the harbor. condensation formed overnight, leaving a damp mess. the outdated television only offered access to live tv, a real inconvenience when i wanted to stream my own content.

The front desk was professional, and the bellhops were helpful.

The room was noisy, and maintenance knew about the problem but continued to rent it. It seemed like an overnight hotel and not a 6-day stay.

pleasant experience high standard room upgrade

The barrel sauna offered a uniquely pleasant experience. The breakfast stood out for its quality and variety. The staff maintained a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness. I secured an upgrade to celebrate my anniversary.

I encountered an issue with the room service. It stops at 11 pm, a significant inconvenience when arriving late.

fantastic stay!

central location friendly staff

The hotel boasts a superb location! it's so close to stanley park, made exploring super easy. The landscaped grounds and bike paths are beautiful. I loved wandering around. the staff were super friendly at check-in. They suggested an upgrade to a view room and i got an awesome view of the pool, garden, marina, and mountains!

the blackout curtains in my room didn't close completely! it's a simple fix, but i had to use a clothespin to keep them shut, due to light coming from the marina. i hope they fix it soon!

there are many dining options available and accessible . i saw several restaurants with varied cuisines. the hotel also provides easy access to nearby culinary experiences, what a plus!

the check-in process was smooth! the staff was cute and efficient, what more could you ask for. i requested an adjoining room, and the hotel granted my wish, such great attention to detail!

The heated pool was excellent and the indoor pool area was amazing. the gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. It's well equipped. there are also walking paths and bike paths around the hotel, so convenient!

park proximity comfortable lounge taxi stand

i appreciated the proximity to stanley park and the marina. the room had a chaise loungewith a comfortable spot to relax. i found a taxi stand conveniently located on-site.

i noticed condensation on the inside of the sliding door in the morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk. I received prompt attention upon arrival. i felt their approach was efficient, and i appreciated their knowledge of local attractions. valet service was also efficient.

a decent stay

free bikes warm pool dated room shower curtain

I liked the location. it was close to Stanley Park. i appreciated that the hotel offered complimentary bikes. this made exploring easy. the pool was also a highlight. It was warm.

the room felt dated. the bathroom had a tub shower with a shower curtain. this setup isn't ideal. i also found the tv wasn't a smart tv so i could not stream my shows. there were only live tv channels.
